What documents do I need to rent a car in Rhodes?

1. Remain calm and check that everyone is in good health.

2. Write down the registration number of the vehicle with which you had the incident (take a few photos of the vehicle and the site of the incident).
3. Immediately call your car hire company to inform them and ask for help.

4. Do not move the car (do not leave with the car even if it can be driven) until a police report has been drawn up, unless the police or the rental company representative gives you the “green light”.
5. In an emergency, call the police at “100” and the ambulance at “160”.

The car must be returned on the date and at the time specified in the contract. When the car is returned, the quantity of fuel must be the same as the one you received. It is also important to check that the car does not contain any forgotten items or appliances. ClubNous and the car rental company are not responsible for lost items.
